I was recently reminded that, no matter what, I sleep on my side. And, specifically, I sleep on my left side. My husband sleeps on his back.
I had injured my left shoulder, making sleeping on my left side painful. I tried sleeping on my back and then my stomach, as both positions were much less painful. But I could not do it. I had to sleep on my right side. While it felt awkward for me, I finally fell asleep.
What position do you sleep in?
Annually, in the middle of winter, something happens that brings a bout of optimism. It especially matters when my green gridiron team, unfortunately more often than not, falls short of expectations, or worse offers no expectations. My hoops team based at MSG, some of the time, but this year especially, helps temper the upset. So as the game played on the diamond and abutting green space returns, I look forward to some things happeng on the field that bring smiles more often than not.
We are in the midst of the lightning fast changes in Artificial intelligence. Right now I can type a simple sentence into only AI video apps such as invideo.ai and in a few minutes, it creates a 2 minute video. As an example I just created this video about Gotham starting at 7:15Am this morning. It took 10 minutes for the software to create and produce it.

Did you continue a tradition for celebrating Valentine’s Day?The other day the New York Times reported on an alternate Valentine’s Day tradition. The San Antonio Zoo runs a fundraiser in which you can symbolically name a roach or rodent that would be fed to one of the zoo’s animals.
Today I get the honor to celebrate with all of you, the loved ones in my life. This famous Hallmark Holiday (2nd most flowers sold day, after Mother’s Day) is a time to show your love for someone special in your life or the lives around you. As a kid, we didn’t have girl friends yet, but we also were required to get the crayons or markers out and fold a piece of construction paper and drawer up a Valentines card for our mom. It was also a time to bring heart shaped candies to school and have a little party.
When my kids were in nursery school, they were taught to sleep with a spoon under their pillow to bring on a snowy day. As I write this Monday evening, I have decided to sleep with a spoon under my pillow.
Football season is officially over. For our house that brings a total change of atmosphere. The only sport my husband avidly follows is football. He is a long-suffering Jets fan.
Sunday is the only day my husband has off from work. So, during football season I try not to make any plans on Sundays so he can relax and enjoy watching. I take the time to catch up on those Sundays on my reading, work, or watching television shows that I know he has no interest in.
