It is truly ReMarkable.
Recently, I posted a blog abut my apprehension on being on a boat for a week with no access to Wi Fi or cell service. I thought I would follow up with my experience.
Shelly and I decided, with no plans ahead of yesterday, to visit the place I mail order my coffee in the West Village. Porto Rico on Bleecker Street off Sixth Avenue closes at 5:00 p.m. sharp.
One of the unique benefits of using Zoom for meetings is that anybody can connect with you from anywhere. This past week I was on Zoom investigating a new piece of software. The sales person I was talking with was located in New Zealand. As she was describing her life and the country, I realized that this would make my bucket list (which is very short actually ;-)   Do you have one?
Last December I resolved to swim each and every day of 2023 and I am proud to say my mission was accomplished last Sunday.
I don’t think of it as a resolution. I think of it as self-defense.         I am determined to cut back on the news, especially the political news.
Its that time of year again. Typically on New Years or in the days (maybe weeks) to follow you give yourself a New Years Resolution. Many people decide they are going to start to go to the gym again and for the month of January the gym's are packed, then in February less and March less again. Last year I gave myself a New Years resolution and for the 2023 year I stuck to it 90 % of the time. I decided to give up soda. I now drink 10 times more water, almost always water at lunch and dinner.
If I have a choice, I choose flying. Driving is fine, but I find my self less and less patient with a long drive.
