Well, sort of.  
Everyone takes their coffee or tea a different way. In the fall and the winter, I have hot coffee with an artificial sweetener and, if I’m home I will probably put in a flavored creamer. My husband, on the other hand, will generally only drink on Sunday mornings. For him, I add a scoop of hot chocolate mix (his personal favorite is Godiva) as well as creamer.  
Often, I get asked why I still attend shows.  A good example why is the adrenalin rush, the high I get that last for days and propels me and energizes this soul; it caries over into my life and, perhaps for me, my professional side.  And last Monday's Jackson Browne concert at the Beacon Theatre delivered on all the preceding.

We were on vacation last week and when we returned I was confronted with the familiar aftermath of vacation.No, not getting back to work and the old routines.
As I write this blog Tuesday evening, a fairly large hurricane (Idalia) is brewing up the western side of Florida. Even though my family and I reside on the central east coast of Florida, there are still warnings to prepare. This means ensuring you have bottled water, plenty of nonperishable food on hand (we always keep pasta, canned goods and bagged item such as chips and other snacks that can withstand the lack of need for electricity), plus a tank of propane to run the BBQ if need be.
Here is my question for our Gotham family today.   My grandmother lived until just past her100th birthday.  Pretty amazing.
