Creativity
I am a loyal disciple of Juice Plus which I use every day and believe bolsters my immune system.
If that wasn’t enough there are also little inserts in my delivery which I read and are quite fruitful and interesting.
The following caught my eye: New research shows that allowing yourself to be bored is key to creativity. While out for a drive, a walk, or a run, resist the temptation to talk on the phone or listen to a podcast, and see if letting your mind roam free sparks new ideas.
I know that I get many of my ideas while I’m taking a shower or in my semi wakeful state during the predawn hour before I get out of bed in the morning.
I can’t put my finger on exactly what or how this process works, but I know it works for me. What works for you?

“Somerset Maugham once wrote that in each shave lies a philosophy. I couldn't agree more. No matter how mundane some action might appear, keep at it long enough and it becomes contemplative, even meditative act.”
