Jane Jacobs is a litigator both in labor and employment and communications law. In addition to litigating employment cases, Jane has represented the Firm's clients in collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, and other union matters. Jane appears before the NLRB, EEOC, and in federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Her public utilities and communications practice includes appearance before federal and state courts, the FCC, FTC, and the NYSPSC.  

Jane is a 1979 graduate of Cornell University and a 1982 graduate of Antioch School of Law. Prior to joining the firm in 1984, she worked at the National Labor Relations Board both in New York and in Washington, D.C. Jane also teaches seminars on labor law for Cornell's Extension Program.
