Just fifty more and then...

People4Peace

I concluded last week's commentary noting a need for $4,000 to activate a matching donation to support the special People4Peace research project.  As I write this only $50 needs to come in to make the match happen. Friday's blogger worked very hard to induce support; I view last week's efforts commendable and thank the generosity of the donors to Northeast Queens Jewish Community Council (NEQJCC) who bring the project to this point.  The project involves improving messaging to the 18-29 year-old demographic in the aftermath of the Hamas terrorist attack of Israel and its aftermath.  As early as tomorrow, I look forward to advising the foundation that committed to the match that People4Peace secured enough donations to NEQJCC for it to support the project (If you wish to push the us over that threshold today, just reach out and I'll share how.).

P.S.  A special thank you to New York City Council Member Linda Lee for promptly securing the removal of the hateful graffiti reported last week.
