A Lost Art
Remember the days when handwritten notes were just what you did? You didn’t really think about it. When there was a personal message to convey, it was sent through pen and paper.
Think about how often you receive a handwritten note today. Can you count on one hand the number you have received in the last year? I can.
I miss the personal touch of a handwritten note. An email just can’t take its place.

It's funny that this blog came up today because i was in the process of handwriting a thank you note for a referral from a Gotham member. Most often I use email but recently I had my office order cards so the thank you's can be hand written. I think it's something special to get a hand written note and says a lot about someone willing to take the time to hand write a thank you and mail it.
