We had a Strawberry Moon last night. Did you see it?   This year, the Full Moon coincides with the summer solstice. It reached peak illumination at 9:08PM last night. Because of this, today the Sun will be at its highest of the year.

Chat GPT, AI, Spell check, auto correct. The spelling can be correct, but its the wrong use of the word. With all the technology we have today, the spelling and grammar is still far from perfect. Everyone relies on all the technology it to make the corrections, then someone will point out to you a few grammar mistakes in your writing, Have we really made progress? some people have added a new line to there email signatures - "Spelling and grammar errors prove I am human". Some people are starting to value these errors as proof that what they read was not written by a BOT. 

A Guest Blog by Jane Jacobs   On Sunday night I had the great good fortune to be a plus one to the Tony Awards, a thrilling once-in-a-lifetime experience. Through the night I was surprised to run into a couple of acquaintances - parents of my daughter’s classmate, that sort of thing, but during the awards I made an astounding small world connection.

For, my husband the definition of a perfect summer day is a day where he can either be in or work on our pool.  For me, my definition of a perfect summer day is a bit different. I love to just sit by the pool and read.  

Because today is that day we plan to gather here -- we call it "Grand Junction."  Marisa gave it that name as a "nom de pen" in a social media app I do not believe any in this family uses; I believe it operates albeit somewhat differently.  But I digress.  We plan a brunch around my fave smoked fish and then father and son will grill later.

No not a person but a task. My desk was a bloody mess yesterday morning so I spent the first hour and a half of my day cleaning it up.   What a difference! I felt more clarity and calmness.  I was more focused and less stressed, ready to move through the day.   As I sorted through the mess, I found forgotten notes and ideas, sparking new thoughts and memories. Clearing physical space also allowed me to think more clearly and creatively.
