CVS!

Categories
Lifestyle

I admit that I have been a life long sucker (there’s that word) for a bargain.  I am drawn to one like Icarus to the sun.
So it’s no surprise that I love CVS!

I love the discount certificates that come when I pay.  I love the discounts that come by email and when I click on them go straight to my CVS card.

I love that I can find almost anything in the well stocked stores.

I love the 2 for 1 sales.

And after a “calm down” tutorial from my wife Joanne, I now love the self check out too.

To sum up, I always leave CVS feeling like a real winner!

P.S. CVS, feel free to use this as an unsolicited testimonial!

An attempt to be light on this dark day in these dark days.

You probably love Bed Bath and Beyond. They take the 20% coupons even after the expiration date

Rite Aid for me. 20% off of everything plus no coupon clipping needed.

CVS is great, just a bit too convenient for me. There is one in every town, sometimes two or three. When a large store closes down, it seems they build a new CVS. But I guess they are doing something right if that successful.

Jo says that too, but I thrive on the hurly burly!

I don't remember the last time I was in a drugstore ... are they still called "drugstores?"

We have such a different reaction to those strips of coupons. I throw them out at the first garbage can I see, each and everytime.

CVS has become the highlight of our week, especially during COVID. Outside of music, teaching “How to Compose and Notate Music”, publishing (and his wife),he lives for the next CVS escapade. It’s amazing that a store can become so central to one’s lifestyle and enjoyment. Other discount and reward programs pale. Great post! P.S. Will show this to the CVS mngr..

I am with Rona, and I am a lifelong sale/bargain shopper. Haven't physically been in a store of any type since March.

CVS are too ubiquitous. 4 of them within 2 miles of my Sea Cliff home.
Convenient and lucky to have a great pharmacist at my most local.
I was shocked how lousy they were with accessing paper towels. Behind other stores.
Did you hear the comic's joke about toilet paper shortage-no problem shop CVS and get a roll of receipts.

Good one. I’m sure Norm will steal it.

They do not call them drugstores - 1 small pharmacy, all the rest is food, cosmetics, hardware, clothing, home goods, pet food, stationery, and on and on and on .....
