During the pandemic shut-down I used the time at home to get my body in shape. I awoke everyday at my usual time. Since I did not have to give myself an additional forty-five minutes to drive to work, I used the time to exercise.   For years I have walked on the treadmill approximately three times a week for thirty to forty minutes in the morning. That habit continued during the shut down.
On Friday, my wife mentioned not visiting our son in the Greystone section of Yonkers, walking distance from Hastings on the Hudson (Jonathan and his wife have been here but with Summer almost gone, we've not visited there since summer began.).  On Friday, not thinking that his building's pool might close for the season this weekend, I texted my son that I've not yet swam there, despite his off-season offer to host his dad for fave activity. He texted back what about yesterday or today; knowing our dinner plans for this eve, I suggested he call his mom to settle things.

We don’t take many vacations. It may seem like I do, living down south, but we only go away once or twice a year. I do look forward to them and try to plan out in advance intended activities. This last get away, was on an 8-day, 8-night cruise from Port Canaveral to Aruba, Bonaire and Grand Turk. The trip destinations were beautiful and even included a nice 6-mile bike tour in Bonaire along the beautiful turquois water as well as a Submarine excursion in Aruba, something my wife and I did many years ago when last there and wanted Joe to experience it now.
Have you signed up yet for our annual Bob Formica Golf Outing?  There is still time.   If you know me at all, you know that I am not athletic.  I mean, really, not athletic.  Just ask, I will share a story or two.
I had a telephone consultation with a prospective client last week. As I was working from home, I conducted the consultation on my cell phone.
