New goal
Not sure where this quote came from but I had noted it over 3 years ago yet it presented itself to me this morning.

"Effortlessly flowing though life doing what I love to do."
Now there's a great state of being :) These days I find myself feeling pressed, pressured, and resistant for a variety of reasons. I'm going to "shift my weight" and refocus. So here's a very short list of what I love to do in no particular order.
Barbequing or smoking anything
Playing golf with Norm
Hitting a great golf shot
Solving marketing challenges
Deep conversations
Reading a great book
Connecting with people
Laughing out loud
Eating a great meal
Helping someone
Being with my family
Hugs

Ergo, the stress you are feeling is inviting you ….begging you … to liberate yourself from this self-imposed strait jacket. Breathe and stretch at 20 minute intervals.
