Paul Sullivan was born in Trumbull, CT., and then lived the majority of his childhood in the nearby town of Shelton. During that time, he became fond of tennis, boating and baseball. In high school he excelled in swimming and mathematics. The latter would lead him to his major in college. He graduated St. Joseph High School in 1982, and then went to Southern Connecticut University where he majored in Accounting. Shortly after graduation, he passed his boards and became a CPA.

Paul has worked for several major firms over his 30 year career, and has established a private practice that includes many distinguished individuals and businesses. He has represented clients in both state and federal audits with outstanding results. Paul has been married to his wife Jaqueline for over 20 years, and has two children, who attend the same high school he graduated from so many years ago. He is still an avid tennis fan and plays whenever he gets a chance (usually in the summer months), and keeps up on his baseball team, the New York Mets.
