Who did it?

For the first time since 1994, Central Park and LaGuardia have reached at least 70° four consecutive days in the month of November so let's get serious for a minute...

Exxon Mobil is being investigated by the New York attorney general’s office to determine whether the company lied to consumers about climate change risks or lied to investors about how those risks could affect its oil business.

The story was reported by the NY Times and they said some of the activities at issue date back to the 1970s. Of course the company is denying it and this will, most likely, go on for a very long time.

I don't think the AG is going to blame Exxon Mobil for climate change but wouldn't that be interesting...

perhaps as with the Jewish calendar, we need to add a month for corrective purposes to get back on track. Indian summer comes in my birthday month, not the month of my bar mitzvah.

A really smart lawyer would sue those responsible for climate change and rising tide.

Doesn't it almost sound like a Law and Order episode? jack McCoy would bring criminal charges against Exxon Mobile. . .

With winter just about upon us, I think a little global warming would be a blessing of sorts... Remember how awful last winter was?
