How do you rejuvenate?

Restore?

Replenish yourself?

We have a little getaway in the woods. I meditate everyday. Taking regular vacations. A walk in Central Park. Good conversations with loving friends.

What's your go-to rest up?

Let me know your secrets to revitalization.

I revitalize by re-energizing. While the treadmill does wonders, I love a great bio/speech from someone clever. It inspires me, and gets me revved up to do better.

I like the treadmill too. Although, I watch my trashy tv while on the treadmill. And I am definitely a believer in vacations.

I have, laterly, been looking into meditation. Any suggestions as to where to start?

Exercise, good nutrition and spending time with friends. I'm happy to share more details with anyone who wants to get together to talk about it. :)

Always starts with music -- even though I always feel fine after a good game I play or a relaxing swim. A nice concert sparks me fine for days, sometimes weeks or more. (Imagine when I string a few in a short span. And of course when my Mets play like they can (and their mgr plays a lousy backup shortstop as spot backup rather than the everyday play he NEVER was nor can be) I also get inspired.
