Choose Your Battles

It's not often that a Pacifist can support a battle, but on Sunday that all changed. If you were fortunate enough to be at The Knitting Factory, you heard a battle that would soothe the savage breast. Different genres, different ages, different colors, different orientations, different sexes and that's just the bands, you should have seen the crowd... Many fabulous Gothamites were IN the bands, I'm looking at you: Curt Arnel, Mike Liebensohn & Chris Plietz! Every band was great, I don't how the judges could possibly decide, except that the well experienced Norman Spizz(VIG) gave such concise parameters. Do not miss #GBOTB16. Video coming.

I was introducing our new puppy to my in-laws. It was also my mom-in-law's birthday. But I keep hearing cool things about BoB

VIG?? There's gotta be a story there that I haven't yet heard.

This was a great event! My band OFF THE RECORD is grateful to have had the opportunity to compete. We had a great time and we appreciate the hard work and effort that Norm Spizz, Fred Klein, Mike Steger, Corey Bearak, Justin Bonus and everyone else put into making it a great day. Congratulations to the other bands as well, they were all fierce and talented competitors who showed both skill and class. The venue was way better than in the past too! Thank you Gotham!
Corey Bearak

Cayce, looking forward to the video. But do not be upset if you do not get the last word......

A few comments: (1) puppies do come first, especially pre-National Puppy Day; (2) Spizziness - a great word, especially when coined by Fred Klein; and (3) it was a great time, especially being it was a Gotham event!
