It's Jeopardy!

Jeopardy has been in my life since 1991. Truth be told, I had never been the biggest fan (and I never liked Alex Trebek). From the time I met my husband, however, 7 pm became hallowed time – the time when the television would go on and we would compete in the categories of the day. Jeopardy was and continues to be his game of choice. As the years progressed, even my kids watched and still do when we are together.

My grandmother was a big Wheel of Fortune fan. She guessed every puzzle fairly early in the game. Admittedly, watching with her was frustrating since when she was on a roll, no one else was allowed to offer a guess.

I always thought she should try out for the show. And, for sure, Bill should audition for Jeopardy. He is really good at that game. For me, I think it would be American Idol or the Voice -- but contrary to my grandmother and husband, I am confident that I would be eliminated in one of the earliest rounds!

If you could appear on any game show, which would you choose?

Dancing with the Stars. I think being Gotham's Networker of the Year qualifies me as a "star". :)

My Mom used to be a whiz at a show called Sale of the Century, so she decided to try out. I remember going with her. They simulated the show;the try-outs were on set with other hopeful contestants. She could barely answer a question and didn't make it onto the show. It's a very different experience answering questions in the studio than answering on your couch.

Great question. I would like to say "Survivor" but I wouldn't last a minute. I'm thinking "Who wants to be a Millionaire."

When I was younger I wanted to be on Let's Make A Deal because it was simple fun and you got to wear silly clothes. My younger smart side wanted Password. Today it'd be The Amazing Race so I can travel and challenge myself on so many levels. Anyone want to be my partner on it?

Favorites to watch are So You Think You Can Dance and the Bachelor (with Allie, we watch with our jaws hanging open - each show for different reasons!) Wouldn't want to be on either, though!
