So, we all take vacations, or at least we all SHOULD take vacations, but I digress....

Here are a few questions for you:

What is the longest vacation you have taken?

What did you do to prepare your office prior to leaving?

How long did it take upon your return to normalize your work routine and hours again?

I am leaving tomorrow for the longest vacation we have ever taken. I have been working even longer hours than normal before leaving. I have bought various things to hopefully help ease the time away from the office, and from past experience, upon return I will work even longer hours for at least 2 works to get back to normal.

Is it worth it?  When I hear the joy in his voice (like a kid in a candy shop) and see the smile on the face of my love when we travel, HECK yah it's totally worth it.

See you all in 4 weeks!

Four weeks would be challange for someone in sales like myself. I don't think I could do more than 10 days. Enjoy!

Have fun! The longest trip I ever planned was years ago and we planned to stay in Italy for 3 weeks and we came back in two. I prefer 4-5 days away or staycations. Now I wouldn't go anywhere if my grandkids lived close. I am sure you will enjoy your time away and I look forward to a blog report.

It's going to be great! Have a wonderful trip and enjoy turning off! I know, easy for me to say . . .

Nothing better than taking a vacation; however, it can be stressful. I feel it forces me to focus on being efficient bright before leaving and focused upon reentry in "catch up" mode. With technology, it's must less stressful taking longer trips.
My longest trip was 19 days (was supposed to be 17 days) across Asia, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar/Burma. Enjoy and bon voyage!!!!

No one ever said on their death bed they should have taken more vacations. Make sure to eat in the Hawker Centers in Singapore. There's some Michelin rated stalls hidden in them. . .

It is a challenge for me, but I have a great team holding down the fort!
