Throw Back Thursdays

Are you on Facebook?  If you are you're probably familiar with Throw Back Thursday (TBT) which is an excuse for one to post photos from the past, when we were young and in our prime. It is a fun, sometimes foolish, but mostly harmless tug of nostalgia.

The above photo is representative.

Now you are really confusing me. At first I thought today was Thursday

Correct. A very representative photo; it explains so much. Probably more than that one thousand words.

With apologies to Mitch, who'd have to arrange it, perhaps we all could submit a childhood (non-baby) photo or two to a central repository page on the website, and people could try to guess who's who. (To alleviate frustration, they all could be numbered, and a separate answer key -- e.g., photo #4 is Nancy; photo # 7 is Mitch, etc. -- could be included at the bottom of the page, or on a separate page.) Just sayin'....

My Facebook picture was taken in 1971 or 1972 when the seventh grade at Washington Irving Junior High School in Tarrytown, NY took a trip to Albany to see how the state government worked. A classmate of mine put the picture up on my Facebook page, and that means that I can't take it down. I've tried contacting him, but he doesn't answer.
