13 Is Our Lucky Number

Categories
Lifestyle

Casting A Rod aside, 13 is our lucky number, eg, we are moving Klein Zelman Rothermel to the 13th floor and Joanne's birthday is 11/13.

I had a feeling that the fiscal cliff would work out and sense that the weather will be placid along with the folk.

I know for sure we will pull together for the greater Gotham good!

Wishing all a prosperous, calm, uneventful and Happy New Year!

I didn't know they had 13th floors...I always desperately try to keep my kids from taking uniform number 13...it rarely works out well.

What's up is down and what's down is up... I share your optimism. 2013 will be a great year !

Thirteen is my beloved alma mater's lucky number, so having it be Gotham's lucky number too makes me smile.

This the first year the Dow starts north of 13,000 since the 2008 meltdown. Let's hope we close above it as well.

13 is a great number. All the superstitions about 13 is nonsense. Your new offices will be great and you will enjoy much prosperity in 2013.

I don't know why; but I've always considered 13 to be one of my lucky numbers. Congratulations on the new offices, looking forward to seeing them.

And my son is graduating this year from Lucas' beloved alma mater, in the auspicious Class of 2013!

Addenda: 1. Hat Tip to my good friend, Mr. Abeshouse, on his son Harlan's impending graduation! 2. Our youngest child turns 13 years old on January 13th.

My brother wore #13 on his Softball jersey. He also pitched. I believe I noted to you in reply to your list email that adding 2013 and 11/13 both total 6. I looked it up my 13th LP was Diana Ross and the Supremes Greatest Hits; surprised me; on the other hand the 13th LP I bought with my own cash: The Rolling Stones' Their Satanic Majesties Request. My 13th live LP is Grateful Dead (Skull & Crossbones) - the one with the best version of my fave Dead tune, Playing In The Band. My 13th concert was Arlo Guthrie, Harry Chapin at Schaefer Music Festival at Wollman Rink, Central Park on July 27, 1972. My 13th Poco concert: The Bottom Line, Friday March 30, 1979 - a weekend showcase for the then newest iteration of my fave band. My 13th concert at Madison Square Garden:, Monday, June 23, 1975: The Rolling Stones w/ Ron Wood & Billy Preston. My 13th concert at The Bottom Line: Wed., Nov. 16, 1983: (original Byrd) Chris Hillman, Bernie Leadon, Al Perkins, Jerry Scheff; special guest: Maria Muldaur. My 13th FREE concert: Thursday, July 17, 2008: Brian Wilson, Coney Island (got smarter as I aged).

Took me all weekend to figure out how to log in and post a comment on new site. Now I forget what my comment was going to be.
