Gradually morphed more and more of my practice away from commercial litigation in the courts, and instead focused on business ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution -- Arbitration and Mediation), to the point where my practice was essentially 100% business ADR: more than 90% of my time was spent as a neutral Arbitrator and Mediator, and less than 10% as a B2B dispute resolution lawyer. I fully retired in March 2023.
