Every Day
When I was young I was one lazy slacker, warranting the nickname “Klein with the big behind”.
At some point in high school self loathing caused a light to go off and I started to play sports, do push ups and other exercises which I continue to do daily to this day.
Then came the running boom and I was hooked, running distance every day for almost 2 years. They say the endorphins generated by exercise are addictive.
If it is an addiction it is a positive addiction!
Now my running days are over and it’s smooth low impact swimming which captivates me.
Amongst other things, (eating well, 8 hours sleep, Juice Plus, an enduring marriage, wonderful law partners, Gotham Giving, etc.) I’m convinced that every day exercise will keep me Forever Young!

from The Last Waltz (but not your last one.....)
Buffalo Springfield has a Stephen Stills song that is closer to the title but above matters more to you.
