It's part of being social. :) Staying in touch with people, by phone, when you're not in front of them is fun.

I used to be curious about everything. Now I’m selective. I really don’t want to know everyone’s recent tweet or picture. Still very curious in arts, people I care about, travel, foreign affairs, and many other things. I admit to sometimes celebrities.

Life is a soap opera. Lol. But I do sometimes OD on social media. I do love access to 24/7 info on such a vast array of trivia, history, health, arts, science.... love all my news feeds and weekly newsletters on a huge span of topics. Thank you technology!!

I have endless curiosity - not about people I know - but things in the world, science, art, politics etc. I'm never bored - always engaged.

Actual books . Bound wonderfully with exotic paper and print . The smell of an old volume . Recently Arrowsmith by Sinclair Lewis . As the late autumn of the circle of life envelopes me I find that my thirst for all things grows exponentially. The how to’s the why not’s and the wisdom to pass on to my grandkids and still even to my children and The Trinity . My new found sounding board for ALL things pertinent past present and future . When I was growing up my father used to say that I studied or was an "expert in Time and Space" as I was less than grounded and today I strive to capture that creative head in the clouds young person...the engaged analytical mind that drives much of my work now is not necessary the best guide to inspirational architecture so I am still learning although I am trying to get back to the free spirit special time traveler I was when I was younger.
