The owner of our auto body shop (doesn’t everyone with a car have “their” body shop?) has a thoughtful word of advice.
“If it can be fixed with money, it’s not really a problem.”
Think about it.
So many ways to look at that, but certainly taking a step back and realizing that what was damaged was a thing, not a person helps put things in perspective. As a side note, yes, we have our body shop person---only one I trust.
Hmmm. It certainly doesn't just apply to cars. What about our relationships, our minds, and our homes. Sometimes we need the money "incentive" to fix it.
