I love giving a good gift. Yesterday we attended my friend’s seventith  surprise party. For a month I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what to get him. As of last week, all I could think of was a  gift card.

Finally on Friday, I found the perfect gift. My husband and I travel with the friend whose birthday it was. So, clearly, something related to travel would be a perfect gift. In addition, he loves art. So, after some searching on the internet I found a combined food/ street art tour of Williamsburg. The second I read the description I knew it would be the perfect gift for him and his wife that we could enjoy with them.

When he opened the gift at the party, I anxiously watched for his response to it. He was truly excited and exclaimed, “I cannot wait to do this with you.”

I loved making my friend happy with the perfect gift. Are you a good gifter?
