I listened to his speech yesterday. It sickened me.

I do hope that with all the focus on sexual harassment and assault that, perhaps, this is the moment in time when things do change. As I wrote on Facebook, however, I am still pessimistic about the possibility of change. During the Clarence Thomas hearings-specifically Anita Hill's testimony-I was so optimistic that that was the moment in time when the harassment we were all living with would end. Unfortunately, as is clearly evident by all of the current reports it did not. Hopefully, this will be the time.

So then we shouldn't have condoned Bill Clinton or his facilitator, Hillary? After all, the allegations against Bill were much worse and much more believable. But even if one doesn't believe them, they were much more egregious. Did his conduct merit election? Did Hillary's attacks on the women who made the allegations of abuse and rape merit her election to the Senate or support to be President? And then we have Ted Kennedy who left a woman to drown - did his action or inaction merit election and support? Or is only some bad conduct not to be condoned?

We've got a long way to go to maturity in this country, glad you are here helping move things along.

The allegations against Roy Moore are truly heinous. Especially if proven true. And i am hopeful that heightened attention and publicity around this subject will progressively make the type of behavior of which Moore is accused, (Louis C.K. admitted, Spacey, Weinstein, etc.) - that this behavior will become increasingly unacceptable. I am not a fan of Moore’s - for sure! As a country, though, do we still believe in the presumption of innocence until proven guilty? Seems like it might be a dangerous and slippery slope.

So, I guess it is okay to convict a person based only a accusations based on conduct alleged 38 years ago. Sure the alleged behavior is completely unacceptable, but how do we know it is true? How can these 38 year old allegations possibly be proven now? The whole situation has the ripe stink of dead fish about it. Moore has been a public figure for 40 years, ran for governor twice, elected to the Alabama Supreme Court and other offices. One would think that if these allegations were known that they would have come out before now. Think about it: the Washington Post has openly endorsed Moore's democrat opponent. The Post reporters say they "overheard" at a rally something about Moore dating teenagers and then they hunted down these women. Interestingly, none of these four women knew each other or had any knowledge of each other. It is curious indeed how Wa.Post reporters were able to so expeditiously hunt down all four. It seems more likely that the reporters were fed this info. Interestingly, one of the women, Alex Jones, is a democrat party activist with her activist info posted all over her social media, yet the Post never disclosed that salient bit of information. Furthermore, why didn't this information come out in the hotly contested primary...? NO, it comes out now in the general election, at a point where under Alabama law the ballot cannot be changed, so even if the Republican party would want to replace Moore they can't. This has the stink of the typical Democrat Party smear playbook. Let's not forget how the media (the Democrat Party's pretorian guard) tried to ignore and then tried to discredit Juanita Brodrick's accusation that Bill Clinton actually raped her, and then Kathleen Willey who accused Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting her in the Oval Office. Clearly, accusations of sexual misconduct are taken as being ABSOLUTELY true on the basis of the accusation alone when the accused is a Republican, and accused Democrats get the benefit of being innocent until proven guilty.

Just coincidently, 19 years ago today, Bill Clinton settled with Paula Jones and agreed to pay her $850,000 for her dropping her sexual harassment lawsuit. A Creep is a Creep is a Creep - and then there is his wife, who savagely attacked the women after they stated that Bill abused, harassed and raped them. Hillary: a Creep is a Creep is a Creep.

More red meat for the wolves . Every few days a feeding frenzy for the piranhas . The American way of life now is directed by the main stream as well as the social media . It's become a non stop Vintage National Enqirer out there. That being said we have the Judge Roy Moore tale . This the latest episode of " Histeria Media Style !" However...... I watched Judge Moore being interviewed by Hannity last Friday night . WEAK is an understatement . Over the weekend Fred asked me what I thought of the Roy Moore episode . I initially blew it off as a Dem hit piece. But I hadn't rewatched the Hannity interview . A couple of things . When Donald went down to Alabama to push for Luther Strange I thought he was on the right track . Somehow Republicans got Roy Moore a win over fellow conservative Strange . I still can't figure that smoke and mirror move out . Fred thought that where there is smoke there is fire . Fred is seldom wrong about some of this kind of stuff. Easy Derf.... don't take the ball and run just yet . How to fix this . Get Luther Strange to be a write in candidate . When guys like Mike Lee and Danes from Montana and Ted Cruz , Mitch McConnel and now Lindsay Graham and of course POTUS are stepping away from this ...... Well ... So am I . There may in fact be no fire but there sure is a lot of smoke . Step down Judge Moore for the good of our Republic . Too much sleaze factor here .
