It's Spring

I look forward to May and June every year. Not only because those months signal the beginning of summer but there is always so many wonderful events going on during those months; graduations, weddings, bridal showers etc. For us, this May brings us two happy events, my youngest daughter, Sydney’s, college graduation and oldest, Danielle’s, graduation from graduate school.

Sydney graduated yesterday from SUNY Buffalo with a BS in Health and Human and Services.  In the fall, she will be pursuing her passion—working with children with special needs—by working towards her Masters in Special Education and certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Queens College. Similarly, Danielle will be graduating from Queens College with her Master’s Degree in Special Education.  I am often awed by Sydney’s enthusiasm and skill in working with special needs children and impressed with Danielle’s flair for teaching and watch in amazement as children naturally flock to her.

What is this Spring bringing for you?

Mazel Tov on two wonderful events and new beginnings for your daughters. Spring always means the beginning of gardening season, longer days, everything just seems to come alive.

Mazel tov! This spring we have a Bar Mitzvah, wedding and new grand nephew to enjoy and be thankful for. I also enjoy and am grateful for better weather.
