OK, but I’m still sleepy!

I know that hour adds sunlight at the end of the day. I know that hour means summertime is just around the corner. I know that hour means I am one step closer to both of my children being home together at least for a little while.

But, really, adjusting to the time change means waiting to enjoy all of those positive things that come along.

Anyone else having trouble adjusting?  I think I need a nap.

We were in the city Saturday night for a wedding. We got up early on Sunday and took a long walk. At that time I felt great. Once we got home, at about 2:00, I totally crashed. Took a 2:00 nap and another one at 7:00. I finally went to bed for the night at 11.

just like travelling, the key is to live in the time zone you are in - that being said I ALWAYS get up early and go to bed (relatively) early!

I'm right there with you. In fact, one of my co-workers and I were just commenting how we could use a nap.

It came too early! It is messing me up in the even when time is an hour later but my body thinks It's too early to retire.
