I fully service all plans including:
• Creating the plan/trust documents for retirement plans
• Identifying the most advantageous type of employer contribution (if any)
• Calculating employer contribution amounts
• Educating employees on the advantages of saving for retirement
• Administration of contribution
• Distribution for terminated employees
• Calculation/administration/distribution of 401(k) loans
• Filing of IRS documents including 5500 and summary annual reports
• Any questions/IRS issues/legal issues that may arise
