Mr. Hochler earned his B.A. cum laude from Queens College and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in NY before State and Federal Courts, is a member of the NC Bar Assoc and is an Arbitrator in the Nassau District Court.
Since 1982 his concentration has been in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Transactions. He represents various institutions and businesses in collections from prelitigation strategy through judgment enforcement.
Mr. Hochler also represents health care providers in all aspects of their practices
including business formation, operations, HIPAA compliance and collections.
Since 1987, he has been engaged as the Village Prosecutor for Roslyn Village
General Practice Civil Law Firm. Concentration in Commercial Litigation, Collections and Health Care/Medical Practice Formation, Maintenance and Compliance.
