There is something about going on a cruise that really catches my interest. Maybe it’s the fact that my wife and I are foodies and love trying different food. Maybe it’s about setting sail and not having to worry about doing much, if you choose to or doing a lot if that is your desire. What I do know is that it is one of our favorite types of vacation and we look forward to planning our next trip as soon as we get back home. 

By the time this blog posts, we will be well into our cruise to Roatan and Cozumel. The ports we have been to, and this will be the third time on this ship, but it really doesn’t matter. Feeling the ship moving through the ocean breeze, just soothing the soul is all that counts. We are not planning anything wild or adventurous as this will be the first cruise without my son and it’s time for some down time to relax. No agenda, no fixed time to eat, just enjoy a show if we feel like it, grab a drink at one of the many bars, gamble if we feel like it or just sit on our balcony and relax. For us, this is bliss.
