At the end of each year I traditionally rank my top ten concerts.  This year I took a different approach.  I shared a chronological listing as I found it difficult to rank them.

As I related in my commentary,

"What I found really difficult throughout involved settling on one concert as the best of the bunch. All I found special; some sets were longer but recall remarking to my daughter after each show we attended how difficult it’d be to specify the best show(s).

Many I covered in blogs that appeared in this space.  The shows include Neil Young at Forest Hills, The Rolling Stones at Met Life, Jim Messina at SONY Hall, The Doobie Brothers and Steve Windoow at Jiffie Lube Live in Virginia, Richie Furay at SOPAC, Squeeze and Boy George at Mohegan Sun and then Summerstage, Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks and Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy at the Capitol Theatre and The Doobie Brothers also at the Capitol.

I look forward to next year.  So far we booked Rick Wakerman.

I would like to return to Forest Hills. Neil Young in the rain was great!

You had a VERY good year of Music.
I agree Neil Young at Forest Hills was one of my favorites, too.
I am hoping to see some great shows in 2025, too!

Once upon a time I was driving in Las Vegas and was able to hear Neil Young (and Crazy Horse) performing their latest release through my rental car's open windows. It was coming from an outdoor stadium at the University. It was "Keep On Rocking in the Free World". It is with me forever.

Gotham's Battle of the Bands made my top ten, but I think Corey did not attend this year.
