Resolutions

It's time to consider making resolutions for the upcoming year.

Do you make New Year's resolutions?

Last year I made one and am in the process of fulfilling it.  It was/is not easy!

At this writing, I'm not sure what resolutions I have for the coming year.

Again I ask: What about you?

I rarely make New Years resolutions. Seems too much pressures to put on oneself. Besides, why relegate only one day per year to promising / commiting to do something good...why not make that a regular part of your life? Happy New Year Fred...don't resolve to change, I like you just the way you are!

I do it because it helps me prioritize self-care, well-being, and a positive mindset.

When I was a child and got a birthday cake with candles I used to wish - every year - for World Peace. (You can see how effective my wishes were. )
As an adult I gave up on Resolutions. I just put one foot in front of the other, try not to put either foot in my mouth,.

It's always to try to eat healthier and drink less alcohol. I've only had one glass of wine in the last 12 days and I've given up cigar smoking. As far as business goes it is to work less and make more money.

My resolution is to read the Gotham blogs on a more timely basis and comment more frequently. A Happy and Healthy New Year to all.
