Gummies? Legal weed?

Unfortunately not.  I'm referencing the kind that your body creates in your kidneys. Apparently it's more common then you might imagine.

I've been battling them for two weeks and I think they've finally passed me by. Quite a battle...and may I say I'm a bit battle weary :)

To prevent them, they tell me not to eat fish, poultry or meat. Reduce coffee and stay away from spinach and rhubarb but increase citrate which is a natural stone inhibitor.

Since I'm gluten and dairy free, my diet is quite a conundrum. Sounds like I'm only going to eat cucumbers, tomatoes, and watermelon :). Maybe I should be buying gummies...

Sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well. Had I known, I might have harassed you less. :)

Sorry for the struggle. Not sure who "they" are but did they explain the "why"behind this advice? The struggle is real. Listen to Fred and east more plants, drink more water and I have no comment on the gummies. Oh, and feel better.

I know from my dad and another friend how painful they are.
I hope you stay "stoned" free.

I have been getting Uric Acid kidney stones for nearly 20 years now. Feel free to reach out to me for some tips. It's really no fun, but you do get used to it and the pain becomes less as your tubes stretch. But you should avoid certain foods and drinks.
