Yes, I am happy to be home safe and sound, but parting is such sweet sorrow.

We have reveled in Paradise for 4 months and Paradise Lost is not an easy read or feeling.

See you soon!

I look forward to my visit next week and the fishing trip, but glad to be coming back down south a few days later, even with the heat now here. Enjoy NY.

Years ago, as we were packing to leave Martha’s Vineyard, a friend said “ If you don’t leave, you can never come back.”

So good to be able to touch and hug real you and Joanne again!… It’s no fun touching a screen…

Yes…. But somehow you manage to have a ton of fun up here as well…. Family, friends, cultural, baseball and if course 3 balling. It will feel a lo better now that we’re freer and COVID is not such an isolated. Plus - It wouldn’t feel so special if you were there year round.

Good that you’re back and ready to appreciate what’s here! Knowing that you will escape winter must be something so reassuring.

Think about it...you have your Xanadu, Gotham and the Big Apple. Looks like the best of three worlds to me. We are thril!ed to have you back!

We came back In December 2021 from almost 2 years in Cold Spring. We loved it there. Our house, our views, our forest, and the prices. And we love it here. They are completely different lifestyles. We think we are very lucky.

(Ray inspired this one; I might've selected another tune). There could even be a playlist around this theme

Ditto Ray Walcott! I almost said Welcome home! but that would be cutting short your and Joanne's wonderful Key West experiences. Welcome back/home to you, Joanne, and Charcoal! It's nice knowing you are closer.
