It's Time
Every feel like a 20-minute coffee with a friend goes by in a flash, while a 20-minute wait for coffee can feel interminable, yet in reality it's exactly the same time.
Most of us tend to think of time as linear, absolute and constantly “running out” - our present becomes the past as soon as it’s happened; today turns into yesterday.
If you want to feel differently on a Sunday evening after a weekend that has flown by, I learned there is something we can do: constantly seek out new experiences.
It would seem that the more memories you can create for yourself in everyday life, the longer your life will feel when you look back.
