It's a winter wonderland :) I enjoy the change of the seasons and especially the first significant snow.

Although, as usual, the first snow arrives with complaints. Well if you're complaining, you might want to think of moving. I like living here and experiencing each season as it comes and goes.

It's one the alluring aspects of living in the Northeast.

I did enjoy the first snow storm when living in NY. My old neighbor across the street even sent us a picture of what was our snow covered house. It was pretty to see but we are glad not to be dealing with the cleanup. My older bones are getting past the times when it was fun to shovel. So glad to see from afar now.

I like the changes, too!
First day of snow is a beautiful sight!

When I lived in So FL I noted the change of seasons - not just the influx of snowbirds and tourists. The sea is different, the flora and fauna change. It's not as pronounced that's for sure. Being back north, I really do enjoy all of the seasons more. Part of it is that I do not have to drive in the snow and ice as I did in MI. Each has its own benefits and beauty. What I also like is that each makes me appreciate the others even more. I'm with you, Mitch, I like living here.

I like when the snow comes down heavy over a short duration. Much to remove but all in one shoveling. That was Friday’s snow.

The pandemic has alleviated some of the stress related to snowstorms. I had a court appearance for Friday. Before March 2020 I would have been up Thursday night checking weather to see how bad it would be, the court website to see whether the court had closed, etc. Yesterday, there was no stress about court since the appearance was virtual. I just clicked on from my home office. It took away any stress related to the snow.

It sure does :) I know in a month or two I'll be really looking forward to spring!
