A simple question

Thanksgiving is only two weeks away and I'm thinking about it everyday. My family together again!

As you may or may not know, I usually fry a turkey and grill 2 ducks (I'll send you the recipe if you'd like:). I'm thinking about changing things up a bit...like smoking one duck while I grill the other. What do you think?

It'll require more time but I don't care. I may even change the glaze I put on it!  Normally it's cooked down apple cider to a syrup consistency which is not only creates a great glaze which I crisp up on the grill but makes the house smell good:)

Maybe I'll use a cranberry glaze on the smoked duck...not sure. I could use your help. Thanks

Like both glazes you chose. I think if you can, try smoking one. Always nice to experiment a bit and add some variety. Can you send some down to FL?

I suspect smoking a duck might be a nice choice.

I still look forward to smoking a brisket outside one weekend.
