Out of practice
I went away last week on vacation. No planes, just a stay in an Airbnb about an hour's drive away. Nice place, quiet and on the edge of a perserve so looking out of the back deck there were deer, rabbits and birds doing what they do.

It was hard for me to be present and disengaged from work. I tried a bunch of things. This was unusual because finding some peace has always been easy for me, especially on vacation.
I guess I'm out of practice...I'll have to try it again :-)

HANDS ON HEART 1. Place both hands in the center of your chest, which is the heart chakra. Inhale gently through your nose, exhale gently through your mouth. As you do, imagine and feel your energy and breath drop down into your heart. Smile Repeat 2 times. If you do this every few hours, you will be retraining your neural pathways to activate calm, balance and focus rather than anxiety! Please let me know how it goes!
