Jammin'

I can tell more people are back in their offices because the roads are filled again. I had forgotten how it was Pre-COVID with more accidents, bad drivers and traffic jams. The time it now takes me to complete the drive to and from my office has grown.

I usually listen to the radio and in the past couple of days, all the reporters seem to want to talk about is the cargo ship stuck in the Suez canal.

Suez

It's one of the world's larger container ships and, according to Bloomberg, each day it's holding up the delivery of goods worth an estimated 9.6. billion.

It's amazing, one tiny little channel means so much to global trade.

Apparently traffic jams can happen anywhere...even in the Suez.

You should have been at the wheel Wheelman!

They say the tanker is as long as the Empire State Building. That boggles my mind.

And I have also noticed the increase in traffic and the increased number of cars in my parking lot!

In recognition of the title, some Mr. Marley:

One thing I've noticed is the increased number of cargo ships "parked" in the Hudson which is apparently due to the reduced number of workers at the docks.

Traffic can ruin a nice day! But, good tunes can help and Marley is a soother.
