CyberMonday and Tuesday

I look forward to CyberMonday every year. True, it can sometimes turn into an expensive distraction but its fun nonetheless to look for the sales.

Given the complications of shopping in a pandemic, it seems that this year’s CyberMonday could be CyberSeason. I admit I’ve started to buy a few things. The sales this year seem to be better than ever. And I am more confident than any year prior that all of my shopping will be completed online.

Have you started your holiday shopping yet?

[And if you need a few things, come and visit with LI Women on 12/15 where we are devoting our meeting to holiday shopping! Gotham’s own version of CyberMonday.]

I agree 100%. I started "watching", on several websites, a coat I liked but didn't want to spend full price on. Last Wednesday, I got an email from the manufacturer's website that it was on their Wednesday before Cyber Monday sale with free shipping. The coat was then half the price than anywhere else. And less than I was planning on paying. Luckily I purchased it. By Cyber Monday, when it was still the sale price I paid they were sold out of my size. And I already have it and ready to wear for the cold blast tomorrow. :)

Lots of activity on Cyber Monday. I just laugh as I am still getting blasted with emails "extending" Cyber Monday deals. When is a sale really a sale if the offers keep coming?

i've never been much of a bargain shopper.I buy things as I want them. For the holidays past I shopped with the grands and they got to pick whatever they wanted. That's not happening this year. So gift cards are purchased and ready to be mailed. We will shop on FaceTime. And I will be at the LI Women meeting for sure!

The concept of a sale fascinates me. So much so that I rarely buy regular price. I wonder what the real price is?

my big internet buy was two weeks before this past Saturday and it arrived on Saturday and no Assembly required.
