After wiping off all my groceries, I'm not sure I like grapes that smell like baby wipes

 

Without looking online, I try to guess what's in the Amazon box that's delivered to my front porch seemingly every day

 

I wonder why I still have a land line. The only people that call want to sell me something.

 

I'm hoping landscapers learn there are electric mowers and blowers that don't require ear plugs

 

Didn't realize how much time I spent traveling for work, not sure where that time is though

 

After 50 Zoom meetings I think I've actually seen myself growing older

 

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, my excitment is trying to guess what time the garbage truck arrives

The landline should have been cancelled years ago, Mitch. And the trucks come just before the alarm so they have the pleasure of waking you...like garbage truck here did this morning (open windows. Great weather night).

Get a bottle of cheap vodka. Dip the grapes in and rinse them off with water.They will be clean and there’s no aftertaste. Alcohol can do wonders during this curious time.

We wash all fruits and veggies in the sink with soapy water. No need to waste wipes on that. The garbage pick up is my alarm clock. Thankfully they don't come om weekends. But the local gardeners sometimes pick up where sanitation left off for sure.

Yes. The package delivers have become a highlight of my day. Some sneak up and I never see the truck though I had a view of the porch..others i regret I said hello to because they want to talk longer and closer than I feel comfortable with. Nevertheless the deliveries are like presents even though I purchased them.

For me the main difference involves the level and types of human contact. And like Mitch I wonder about the travel time because whatever time gain I am still not securing.
And and not working inefficiently.

I am not allowed to touch the mail for two days. All packages are opened outside.

This is truly an Amazon moment. Almost everything CVS or Walgreens is out of can be ordered or back ordered there, incliuding Wet Ones...so far...the best smelling anti-bacterial wipes. Enjoy the wonder!

The walk to the mail box is the highlight. Amazon delivery is a daily event. The dog is spoiled. I'm looking for excitement every single day.
