I’d Be Remiss

It’s been one heck of a week and one heck of a day. Health scares, market sell-off and a lot of head-scratching. Sending everyone a virtual hug! (without touching) We will get through this.... I thought a little cat humor sounded good! My cat: “I don’t always touch your face, but when I do, I make sure it’s right after I use the litter box” Me: Gross.

The media controls the narrative . The weak curl up in a corner and die . Fear is the winner . The human species is weak and falls prey . Learn the numbers . Become familiar with the evil of statistics . Anything can become a crisis if you play with the numbers . The media targets the low information and naive. Fall prey and you become a stat . Rise above and defeat their purpose . Only the strong survive . Get out of your head . Go into the woods . Breath . Live . Observe the animals . Learn from them . Develop a Karma all your own . Get outside your head .

NY Health member Dr. Richard Carlton recommends a surgical mask in public spaces to prevent touching our faces which we do 200 times a day. Also virus-proof, single-use surgical gloves. This is not something to minimize as there is too much unknown.
