As we are getting ourselves ready for the big game tomorrow here are some fun facts youSuper Bowl may want to share with your friends (whichever kind you are with:)...

 

• Did you know you can make a bet on how many times J.Lo will change her outfit in her 10 minute peformance? (I bet 3)

 

• The Super Bowl I halftime show consisted of two marching bands, acclaimed trumpeter Al Hirt, two men in jet packs, and 300 pigeons.

 

• This is the first Super Bowl appearance for the Chiefs in 50 years and the 49ers' seventh Super Bowl appearance.

 

• Super Bowl Sunday is America's second-largest food consumption day.

 

• In 1993, Michael Jackson's halftime performance had higher ratings than the game itself.

 

• If the Chiefs win Super Bowl LIV, they will end the second-longest Lombardi Trophy drought among teams that have already won a Super Bowl. (#1 is the Jets)

 

• All 77 TV spots sold for more than $5 million, with some advertisers paying $5.6 million for 30 seconds of air time

We have a pool for charity with interesting and many opportunities to win so rooting for certain scores can make things interesting when they are not.

Always a fun day even if your team is not in it. Unfortunetly, some of the best commercials get leaked out before the game making that aspect of the game less memorable.
