It's only the second day after Thanksgiving and have a lot of turkey and duck in the frig...

In thinking about what to do with it...here's a list of ideas I had:

  • Turkey and eggs
  • Duck salad
  • Turkey soup
  • Duck pot pie
  • Turkey pasta cassarole
  • Duck, cranberry and apple cider wrap
  • Turkey sesame peanut noodles

Any good ones you have that you care to share?

In Maine they have Lobster omelets...

We made care packs for our son, niece/nephew and her dad/sister. It included desert.
I enjoyed leftover Turkey, stuffing and green bean casserole (latter two great Marisa creations) yesterday for lunch and dinner. Just warmed them. Will do so today and maybe tomorrow. Turkey was that good; no need existed to concoct to induce further partaking.

I'm with Dan. Although, for me, it's the frame. I love sitting down to lunch days later and picking at the frame. It was a tradition for me, my mom, and my sister when I was young.
