Sundown

My dry cleaner is open till 7p. I get there at 6:45...half of the lights are out but the door is open. No worries...at least I think so.

I walk in and the owner comes up front and says we are closed. I tell her the sign says 7P and point to the Open door which, BTW, says 7p. She points to a small statement in red letters about the white times that states "Open till sundown."

Really? That means that she will close earlier and earlier till the winter soltice (which is December 22nd this year), the shortest day of the year. I may have to start looking for a different dry cleaner...

Wow! Definitely time for another Dry cleaner! They don't appreciate your business. Did you get your clothes or did she definitely not let you get it?

i hate when you get there before closing and they tell you that. Usually, it's an employee. I'm surprised it was the owner.

Terrible customer service. It always makes me wonder how business with such practices survive.
