Today represents for many one of those much watch TV days. Some for the pomp and circumstances. Others for the commercials. A few for the gala at half-time. And most for the main event, the Superbowl. I’ll watch. At time of this drafting, not exactly sure where (I can post in the comments for any who really ought to know.). My interest since my team seems to achieve excellence in avoiding participation for 50 years involves some charitable fundraising around the game.
My wife and I went to the movies last Saturday night. We saw A Star is Born which we both liked.     But that's not the real story....when we walked up to the ticket counter, I asked for two adults. And then we heard a shocking but true response from the young man behind the counter. "Senior Discount?"  
Recently I was going down a one-way street in the wrong direction and a passing driver called me out for it. Without thinking I heard myself say “but I’m left-handed“ and the driver laughed.  
As I write this blog, we anticipate a few days of unusual cold. As you read this, we should be in the throws of the “life-threatening” cold.
Often times we find ourselves disconnected from our innate ability to intuit beyond the physical, or obvious. If left unattended, the heart becomes desensitized in its design to find meaning beyond the shallow. Notice the beauty and deeper complexities of our human design. Notice behavior; a powerful form of communication of our truest thoughts and sentiment.  
  We are having a new member orientation today. We haven’t had one in a while and I am looking forward to it.
