Mr. Krooks is the President of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law attorneys. He is past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He also is the New York member of the Special Needs Alliance, a national network of attorneys specializing in disability law. A nationally know expert, Mr. Krooks has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Newsweek, among many other publications.
