[Fredslist] Looking for private part time cook and helper

I am looking for someone who can help a couple in their 70's in their
Manhattan apartment a few nights a week with cooking, shopping, etc.
They are not looking for a housekeeper.  More someone who can make nice
meals for them, help them with food shopping.  Ideally this would start
with maybe a few hours a day, three days a week, and could expand.
