My husband sits on the Board of an educational nonprofit called Let's Get Ready.  They are searching for a new Executive Director.  

Let's Get Ready expands access to opportunity in America by mobilizing, equipping and empowering a movement of students helping students get to college.  Through campus and community-based chapters throughtout the Northeast, LGR's college student volunteers guide hundreds of disadvantaged high school students through the SAT and college preparation, and towards achievement of their potential.

Managing and driving the growth and day-to-day operation of this 7 year old NY-based nonprofift is an amzaing opportunity for someone looking to make a substantial contribution to closing the achievement gap.  It is 
appropriate for a leader-manager who is dynamic, highly-competent and who can convert his/her passion for education/social justice.
