Tina M. Munz, a life long resident of New York State, was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2002 and in the State of Connecticut in 2001.
In November 2011, Tina joined George J. Haggerty in founding Haggerty Munz, PLLC. Tina is seasoned attorney representing and providing guidance to nationally recognized institutional mortgage lenders, local credit unions, private lenders and brokers in all facets of residential transactions. She has extensive experience in representing both purchasers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is well versed in all areas of real estate practice, including cooperatives, condominiums, homeowner associations, short sales, purchaser CEMAs, mortgage assignments, reverse mortgages, MERS, guardianships, title clearance and curatives, residential and commercial leases and more.
Tina is general counsel to cooperative corporations, handling legal matters, including but not limited to, advising the Board of Directors, vendor contracts, transfer agent for purchase and sale transactions, and mortgage refinancing.
